Passion Meets Practice

With over 15 years of experience in college access, student success, and nonprofit leadership, I have dedicated my career to ensuring that young people have the guidance and opportunities they need to thrive. My work spans schools, community-based organizations, and higher education partners, where I’ve built systems, coached staff, and strengthened partnerships that directly impact student outcomes.

What drives me is the belief that when organizations invest in their people and practices, students are the ones who benefit most. That’s why I focus on equipping college access and success professionals with the tools, confidence, and strategies they need — whether through strategic consulting, leadership coaching, or fractional leadership during transitions.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bloomsburg University and a Master of Education in School Counseling from St. John’s University, credentials that ground my practice in both human development and organizational strategy. My approach is both practical and people-centered, blending passion for equity with proven expertise to help organizations and their staff succeed.
